A Bangkok cosmetic clinic has revealed that Nigerian socialite and content creator Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo was advised to split his final penile enlargement injection into two sessions, but he reportedly chose to have the entire procedure done at once.
Ubiribo had undergone five penile enlargement procedures at the clinic between 2024 and 2026, according to the facility.
The clinic said a doctor specifically recommended splitting his final treatment on March 5. However, Ubiribo reportedly insisted on receiving the full injection in a single session.
Hours later, he complained of chest pain and collapsed. He was rushed to a local hospital for a CT scan but lost consciousness before it could be performed. Medical personnel reportedly carried out CPR for 101 minutes, but he was pronounced dead at 1:05 a.m. on March 6.
Following his death, Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health inspected the clinic on September 7 and launched an investigation into whether the facility had complied with medical standards.
According to Westminster Coroner’s Court inquest records, a post-mortem and toxicology examination linked Ubiribo’s death to the hyaluronic acid injection and a pulmonary embolism.
The clinic maintained that he had signed consent forms before each procedure, received aftercare instructions and had not reported complications from his previous treatments.
